Fauna Marin Phos 0.04 are novel compound granules, which safely removes phosphates and yellow substances from the aquarium cycle. A unique feature is the safe use of Fauna Marin Phos 0.04, since the PO4-value cannot fall to 0.00 mg/l. Therefore Phos 0.04 is completely safe and extremely effective.

Colour and nutrients are tightly bound to the material and not re-released, so the nutrient content of the aquarium can be kept very low. Unwanted algae growth is effectively prevented, and corals can develop their natural colors.

How do I use Fauna Marin Phos 0.04?

It is recommended to use 50ml of Fauna Marin Ultra Phos 0.04 per 100L of water to begin with, increasing to 100ml per 100L of water after 5 days. It is advised to use Phos 0.04 with a UV clarifier, with fine filtration and in a fluidised bed reactor. The recommended flow rate is between 100‐200 lph. When the PO4 levels begin to rise again, the Fauna Marin Phos 0.04 should be replaced.
