Kh / Alkalinity is one of the three vital parameters in reef aquaria, along with Calcium and Magnesium and needs to be within ideal levels for healthy coral skeletal growth.

The bluetang method has been designed for levels to be maintained between 7 – 8.5 dKH for high SPS growth.

As coral growth accelerates, you will need to monitor dKH levels to ensure daily dosage is sufficient to sustain bluetang method ideals.  Stability is key.

Bluetang Method Kh is in dry form and is to be mixed with reverse osmosis water to create a Kh buffer dosing solution.
